Rommel got his education from the University of the Philippines Manila and New York University. He has had the opportunity to work in different type of settings since he started as an OT 20 years ago. Specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation really interested him. He got his hand certification back in 2007. He is currently the outpatient occupational therapy supervisor at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, a Level I Trauma hospital.
