Scott received his masters degree from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree from Harding University. His leadership and administrative experience includes ownership of a private practice, co-development of a hand therapy department for a physician group, lead of a hand therapy program, and co-development of an ergonomics program. Scott speaks on a variety of therapy related topics to physicians, consumers, therapists and other health care professionals. His career has taken him to rural Kansas, Idaho, and Missouri.
